KC Koay
Mr Koay is the co-founder, Deputy Executive Chairman. Over the last 29 years as an entrepreneur and business strategist, Mr Koay has been involved in various capacities:- participating in the strategic management of companies to the origination of various types of structured corporate transactions and investments. He is a member of Institution of Engineering and Technology and Society of Professional Engineers, United Kingdom and holds an MBA in finance from University of Hull, the United Kingdom.

Yuen Choong Lai
Yuen has been in the finance and investment industry for more than 20 years and he had co led and led many of the successful corporate finance exercises and investments for businesses in the industry of financial services, industrial products manufacturing, trading & services, real estate development and information & communication technology. He has extensive experience in a variety of corporate finance and private equity transactions, particularly in principal private investments, M&A and financial restructuring exercises, and listing exercises onto regional and international stock exchanges.

Yuen had served in Price Waterhouse & Co., The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). He had also served as non-executive director on boards of various public companies in Malaysia including Kurnia Asia Berhad, Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad and Analabs Resources Berhad.

Yuen has a keen interest in the studies and researches in Business History particularly in the area of international business, entrepreneurship and venture capital & private equity. He contributes to this field through his participation as a member of the Business History Conference and the Association of Business Historians that are devoted to encouraging all aspects of research, writing, and teaching of the development of business environment and organisations in the context of social, political and economic developments.

Yuen received his MBA (Finance) with Distinction from the University of Hull, United Kingdom and the Corporate Finance qualification, CFq, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as well as a B Acct (Hons) from the Northern University of Malaysia. Professionally, he was admitted as a CPA with CPA Australia and CA(M) with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and also as a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of ICAEW.
